Ahh had a great weekend playing BF3 with broken, tibbs, decepticon and JimmyCarter.   This game still has a lot of bugs but when it works it plays really good.  Hopefully it gets some of these bugs fixed soon.

Well it's just that the way you have to use the game, and access the servers leaves just a little too much to be desired for me. Forcing people to use Origin to play their game is just a little over the top.

kiind of like forcing people to use steam to play thier games:)  But it's ok i know its different and peeps are resistent to that.  Battlelog is broken atm but if werent it would be kickass in what it can do.

For the record, I hated Steam when it first came out too. I now love it because it's got a proven (mostly) trouble-free track record and they also have some fantastic deals on a regular basis. Somehow, I don't see EA/Origin having free-to-play weekends, 75% off sales, or any of the other, frankly, awesome things that Steam does in its current state, not to mention the support of so many indie titles you can find on Steam.
Please just walk away. I don't want to have to stand here and say something so awesome that I'll have to remember it the rest of the day. Thank you!

Offline mode. That is all. Plus what sully said, except for hating steam at first. I've never really had a problem with it... 'cept I wasn't playing HL2 until muuuuch later into steam's life so I had nothing to hate.

Ain't nothing wrong with steam running in the background and at leave Valve has blatantly said that if the servers were to ever go down for good, then they'd patch things up so you could keep your games.

I seriously, seriously doubt EA would be that nice to everyone.

And I agree with Sully, i dont see Origin doing that either.  Also, I hated steam as well in the beginning as did most of us.  It's a great platfom now but if a game isn't on steam it wont stop me from playing it.  If you guys hate the game thats fine, I just thought more of you might like it since it's similar to badco2.  But I will still enjoy it despite your trolling efforts ShadowWX.

I saw something about a patch/hack to allow play without origin, on a certain torrent site, that was released by one of the more big-name ripping groups. Didn't test it though, because... I can't. /cry.

Still want the damn game. At least Batman, Mario 3D Land and Zelda Skyward Sword will fill the gap.

DO NOT USE THAT CRACK!!!

EA will crack down on it in due time and you will have lost your $60 investment.  I wouldn't touch it with a 10 foot pole.

I just want to be able to put a GD sniper round into a GD center mass and get a GD kill. None of this, you gotta hit them 3 times bull Crap.

I swear they just made the game going, how can we make sniping the worst Crap experience we can with the worst Crap gear we can and the worst Crap scoring system possible for a class...

Seriously wtf are they smoking.

What if bodies just had random errors like computers do?
You go to receive your Starbucks coffee and accidentally punch the Barista in the face then Crap on the floor.
What kind of Fudgeing computer errors are you getting?
