Just a reminder that ALL people bringing consoles (PS3, Xbox, Wii, Whatever is not a PC) will be sitting in the main LAN room as seen on the intranet site. You MUST bring a display device for your console as well as all needed parts (cables, games, controllers AND ETHERNET CABLE).
Only people that have bought tickets to the event may play at your console. As in...you cannot have your 20 friends come to the event and play even though the console owner paid for a seat. No ticket = No admission to the event.
Also, console gaming attendees in the LAN room may not bring projectors. We just don't have the room for it obviously. You get close to 3' of space for your stuff so make sure your TV fits in there OR if you are coming with friends (who bought seats of course..) you may encroach on their space to share a TV with their permission.
There is a console room sponsored by GameStop that will have their own systems in there and will be used for the console tourneys. They supply the games and systems for the tourneys.

Serious question as it applies to the fighting game people. Will SSF4AE be there and updated to the 2012 balance patch? Maelor is rather fond of Yang from AE and tends to give my Cammy a run for her money more often than not. Also, we had MvC3 to play last year.... will we have UMvC3 this year?
Jackass question because...... well, because. If I bring my 3DS will I have to buy two more seats due to it being a console AND having two screens? I mean... sure, I can fit it into my front pocket, but it's still a console. :bravo:

Not really related to consoles, but more with relation to seating. I have a PC seat, and my girlfriend was thinking about coming to sit and watch. Would she need to actually purchase a ticket as well to get in? Thanks

2) Honestly, this comes down to security and has nothing to do with any individual. If we have people in the event that don't have a seat, things are more likely to walk. At this time, we do not have a system/policy in place for non-playing spectators. :(
For this year, no ticket = no admission.

Alright thanks, good to know earlier than later, lol. She would have been upset sitting in a hotel room for a weekend had she come!
