Title: april fools LAN thoughts
Post by: Dwg115 on April 02, 2007, 05:46:08 PM: I just wanted to say that thanks to Cuzz the LAN was a success. I had a great time over the weekend. Unfortunetly, i missed the pre-LAN but I still had lots of fun. Graw was my fav at the LAN followed by UT2004. For a game thats almost 3 years old UT2004 still hangs with he best of em.

It was great to meet the new peole from the York gamers club and I hope to see more of them at our future events.

(Dammit Brad I aint crawling through that pipe!)

I kinda missed out on CsS due to me not pre-installing it :confused: But I met all the FITES guys and everyone was really laid back and cool. I definately will be out to the next one. I just wish the gaming could have kept going for a while longer. Thanx for having me guys! :2thumbsup:

Post by: sully! on April 03, 2007, 05:14:24 PM: Aye, it was about 20 mins of regular match, plus another 30-45 minutes of very intense overtime. Anything after that would've seemed anti-climactic, so we stood up and took a break, mostly just to bring our pulses back to normal levels.
