...I dunno what it's doing up near H-burg, but my work was closed today.  I always wanted to be able to look forward to snow days since high school..... :nana:

I'm right over the PA border in Hagerstown, MD, and we got a nice covering down here, but when I called my manager this morning, he made it very clear that I needed to be in for work today.  hahahah.  I live like 15mins from work and he knows it, so I cant get away with snow days. :'(

I dont get it. For the longest time, there was but a dusting in the York area and all the schools were closed.  Makes no sense.  I remember going to school with inches coming down.

The automobile also didn't exist at that time so there were less chance of accidents.

It snowed pretty good in Harrisburg today. Forecast is for sleet this evening and freezing rain and fog overnight into the morning before changing over to all rain tomorrow afternoon.

I didn't want to come to work but all we got up here is snow and some rain that didn't freeze so the roads weren't horrible this morning.  Of course after friday i am getting paid not to come to work.  Only for 6 weeks though.  Time to go find a new job.
