50 Points - Submitting News and having it published
5 Points - Comment on a News Topic on front page
25 Points - Create a new Forum thread
10 Points - Reply to a existing Forum thread
1 Point - Every Page Viewed

there is a thing called hammer that prevents non admins from doing massive refreshes (prevents DDOS and such)
