If you have bought your ticket from someone else (as in we were sold out but an attendee sold you his/her ticket), PLEASE send an email to
support@fites.net stating who you are, your gamer tag, and the name and gamer tag of the person you bought it from.
Your information on the
Intranet site will need to be switched over so YOUR gamer tag is showing and not the bloke that you bought the ticket from. There is important for name tag reasons.
