Once again we are all reminded why PC gaming is the true route of the enthusiast.
I almost picked up MGS:GZ during the sale, but failed to pull the trigger (I stand firm by 66% or more during Steam Sales). People in the modding community have noted that it is possible to increase the FOV and completely disable the frame rate lock.
Be warned, this does mean modifying the files in the game. Fortunately, this doesn't mean anything too terrible since you can just uninstall and re download the game files.
