Title: Like Left 4 Dead, Colonial Marines is a four-player co-op game

Like this month's exceptional Left 4 Dead, Colonial Marines is a four-player co-op game centred around survival: you're constantly under attack and the environments you move through are frequently hiding your enemy. However, whereas Left 4 Dead pitches you into the middle of a nameless American city awash in zombies, Colonial Marines goes for fan-pleasing recreations of the movie quadrilogy's best locations: LV-426, the planet where the Nostromo first discovers the derelict alien ship in the original film; the Sulaco, where Ripley joins up with the marines in Aliens; and Fiorina 'Fury' 161, the prison facility from Alien 3.

Yeah I have been looking at that for some time now. Can't wait for that to be released. And hope it lives up to its expectations.

Looks interesting.  I loved all the AvP games.  Although, I would like to see L4D be modded to this effect instead of buying a new game all together.

I agree with decepticon. I'm a big fan of the Alien movies (Aliens was the best) and L4D would rock even more if a mod was released setting it in the Alien setting.

Never the less, I`ll check this new game out.

ehhh i agree to a degree but I'd love to see some really good graphics of LV-426.  And graphically i don't know if source is up to snuff!!!  sure would run good though:)

Hell yeah.  I've heard about this game even before Left 4 Dead.  I used to be a huge fan of the old Alien vs Predator games.  If it's done right can be way better than Left 4 Dead.

I heard it's been cancelled till they find a new developer to finish it.  bastages!!!!!  I want it now
