Title: Intel cuts quad-core price by 50 percent

Intel posted price cuts on Sunday that included reductions of 50 percent on select quad-core processors. The chipmaker also introduced new Celeron and Core 2 Duo processor models.

This might be a good time for some of you to upgrade your rigs for COD4 and all it's graphical glory!!!

Hmm, this is what I ws waiting for!  I may have to look into getting one of these.

At a 2nd glance, the Q6700 has been below the $300 for a little bit now, according to Tigerdirect.

Might have to spend my use my first paycheck and buy one now.
