At their E3 press conference, Activision revealed a few new details about the upcoming Call of Duty: World at War. Chief among them was that the game will support four-player online co-op, as well as two-player split-screen local.

In addition to the multiplayer action, Activision also announced that actor Kiefer Sutherland, best known as Jack Bauer on TV's 24, will lend his voice to the game. No real details about the part were announced, other than it will be a major character in the game.

The only other game-specific detail to come out of the press conference was the announcement of new weapons, which include bazookas, flame tanks, and flamethrowers (which we already knew about).

CoD:WaW will be coming to pretty much every system out this November.

as long as they are better i dont really care what version they are.  COD4 is by far the best of the bunch.  So your saying you don't want a half-life3 or a TF3???

COD5 will suck because it isn't being made by Infinity Ward. It's being made by Treyarch... the same people who made COD3... which SUCKED.

My only gripe about this game is that it's being developed by treyarch and not infinity ward.  COD4 was developed by infinity ward.  So this game is likely to blow!  Think COD3 for the consoles.

Yup. Which is another reason that I hate this game already. They're just beating a long dead horse. The only WW2 game that poses any interest to me right now is Brothers In Arms: Hell's Highway. Will prolly be the last WW2 game I'll play.
