Title: seat empty

Dunno if this is the right place. Move it if it isn't. Or not. Eh, either way.

My sister had to leave the state in a hurry for a death in the family and I had to stay behind due to no one reliable being around to watch the dog and cats. Sooooo.... one of the seats I paid for is empty. Would I be able to get the money back for it since it's technically not being "used?"
